Nataliia Doroshenko som \u00e4r aff\u00e4rsutbildare, coach och psykolog, h\u00e5ller f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar om \u00e4mnet. Varje vecka leder hon en psykologisk workshop inom ramen f\u00f6r Svenska med Babys ESF-projekt, d\u00e4r hon st\u00f6der sina ukrainska landsm\u00e4n som nyligen har kommit till Sverige. Hon kom sj\u00e4lv hit fr\u00e5n Ukraina med sina tv\u00e5 barn f\u00f6r bara ett \u00e5r sedan och f\u00f6rst\u00e5r hur sv\u00e5rt det kan vara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cStress betraktas ofta som negativt, men det kan faktiskt vara den kraft som i vissa situationer driver oss fram\u00e5t\u201d, f\u00f6rklarar Nataliia. \u201cDet \u00e4r viktigt att l\u00e4ra sig hantera den p\u00e5 ett konstruktivt s\u00e4tt. Det frig\u00f6r \u00e4mnen som f\u00e5r dig att m\u00e5 bra. Var medveten om dina k\u00e4nslor och f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra dig om att de \u00e4r realistiska f\u00f6r den situation som du befinner dig i. Detta kan hj\u00e4lpa dig att undvika att k\u00e4nna dig nedst\u00e4md eller ledsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En v\u00e4l utarbetad plan kan ocks\u00e5 vara till stor hj\u00e4lp. N\u00e4r du vet vad du ska g\u00f6ra k\u00e4nns det mycket mer hanterbart. Nataliia betonar ocks\u00e5 vikten av att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5nga gl\u00e4djen i vardagen. St\u00e4ll dig sj\u00e4lv fr\u00e5gor som \u201dVad k\u00e4nner jag?\u201d och \u201dVad ger mig gl\u00e4dje och mening?\u201d, \u201cVad kan jag p\u00e5verka?\u201d, f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa dig att hitta fram till vad du m\u00e5r bra av. Stanna upp och f\u00f6rs\u00f6k vara i nuet och hitta stunder och situationer som g\u00f6r dig glad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att f\u00f6lja sin egen v\u00e4g \u00e4r viktigt. Str\u00e4van efter lycka g\u00f6r oss ofta ist\u00e4llet olyckliga. J\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med andra likas\u00e5. Att hitta sin egen v\u00e4g kan motverka detta och kan hj\u00e4lpa dig att g\u00f6ra det r\u00e4tta oavsett k\u00e4nslor eller vad andra g\u00f6r. Fokusera p\u00e5 vad som fungerar f\u00f6r dig utifr\u00e5n dina m\u00e5l, b\u00e5de l\u00e5ngsiktiga och kortsiktiga.
